Nominative

Nominative, or normal, is the default form of a noun.  It is used whenever it is singular and not the subject, and is also used whenever the noun is the object.

Examples:

Mîkun nâkhi zadanad, “the boy is coming to the house.”

Yazirram raba khayya, “They [had] desired the dog to lie down.”
