As in many languages (except English), Adûnaic verbs reflect the number of the modified noun. Indicating its number though is quite simple.

Examples:
-Nardûwîm yunâkhim, “the soldiers, they are coming”.
-rabîm lugnam, “the dogs swallow.”
-balîka yanuttam! “the ships, they have sunk!”
