khôr n. (Weak-I Masculine) “(higher) lord”
Used to describe regional lords, titular nobles of royal blood, to people of the royal line itself.
An archaic, anachronistic form is -khêr, whose only known attestation is in Mulkhêr (“Lord of Darkness”).
